Electronically Controlled Suspension with Road Preview uses the vehicle's front camera to help read the road surface ahead-and then help control the vehicle's Electronically Controlled Suspension (ECS) to optimize ride comfort and minimize impact. ECS with Road Preview will not function accurately at night or when visibility is low and may not function correctly if one or more of the cameras is damaged, dirty or covered or if weather conditions (heavy rain, snow or fog) are interfering with the sensor operation. ECS with Road Preview is not a substitute for safe driving. Always drive carefully. See Owner's Manual for details and limitations.

Always use extreme caution when using the Electronically Limited Slip Differential (e-LSD) feature. The driver is responsible for being attentive and maintaining control of the vehicle at all times. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.

Lane Following Assist 2 can help keep the vehicle centered in its lane only when the lane markings are clearly visible on the road. Lane Following Assist 2 will not work under all circumstances and will not prevent loss of control. Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) is designed to notify drivers of approaching cross traffic behind their vehicle. When another vehicle is detected while you are backing out of a parking spot, it provides audible and visual display warnings and applies braking if it senses a collision is imminent. RCCA is active when the vehicle is in reverse gear and backing at a speed less than 6 mph. It only engages during the first activation of reverse gear from park and may not detect all vehicles, depending on the size, angle, distance and speed of the other vehicle. Never rely exclusively on RCCA. Always look over your shoulder and use your mirrors to confirm rear clearance. There are limitations to the function, detection, range and clarity of the system. See Owner's Manual for details and limitations.

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) is designed to assist drivers to avoid, or reduce the severity of, collisions with cars that have slowed or stopped in front of them. The system is not designed to detect certain stationary objects such as trees or poles, and may not detect all vehicles and pedestrians under certain road, weather and vehicle conditions. It is a supplemental assist and does not replace the need for extreme care and attention by the driver. FCA may not stop the vehicle completely and will not avoid all collisions. The driver is responsible for being attentive and maintaining control of the vehicle, and should not wait for the system's alerts before braking as there may not be sufficient time to brake safely. Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) assists the driver in changing lanes by providing a live view of the blind spots on either side of the vehicle and an audible alert if another vehicle is detected. Turn signal must be activated, and other system limitations apply. Do not rely exclusively on BVM. It is the driver's responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner's Manual for details and limitations.

Surround View Monitor (SVM) is a parking support system. SVM cannot completely eliminate blind spots, may not detect every object and does not warn of moving objects. Always check your surroundings before moving your vehicle. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations. Remote image capture requires active Genesis Connected Services account.

Genesis Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance is available to original owners of new 2017 and newer model year Genesis vehicles and includes Genesis-approved oil and oil filter change (except for electric vehicles), multi-point inspection, and tire rotation at factory recommended scheduled intervals for 3 years or 36,000 miles from the date of first use, whichever comes first. Powertrain Limited Warranty covers repair or replacement of powertrain components (i.e., selected engine and transmission/transaxle components), originally manufactured or installed by Genesis that are defective in material or factory workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Coverage applies to original owner only. Second and/or subsequent owners have powertrain components coverage under the 5-Year/60,000-Mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Genesis Connected Services (GCS) is available to original purchasers and lessees of new 2024 and newer GCS-equipped Genesis models. Not available on all models and trims. GCS requires an active GCS account subject to GCS Terms and Conditions. GCS features vary by model and trim. Only use GCS features and corresponding devices when safe to do so. Cellular and GPS coverage is required. Features, specifications, and fees are subject to change. GCS relies on digital wireless telecommunications technology outside of Genesis' control. GCS is dependent on 4G LTE cellular networks controlled and maintained by third-party wireless carriers. If and when these networks change and/or discontinue service, or the underlying technology required to support GCS becomes obsolete, then the connected services will not work and Genesis will be forced to cancel impacted services.

Genesis Roadside Assistance is a limited and complimentary service for 5 years/unlimited miles from date of first use. Coverage is effective from the date the vehicle is delivered to the first retail buyer, or otherwise put into service (in-service date), whichever is earlier. Roadside Assistance is not a warranty and does not include reimbursement for any costs/charges for repairs, parts, labor, property loss, or any other expenses incurred as a result of accident/collision, vehicle abuse, racing, vandalism, or other items not covered by the Genesis New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Also excluded are services for snow tires, repairs to studs, mounting or demounting of snow chains, any fines, fees, or taxes associated with impound towing as a result of any actual or alleged violation of any law or regulation. Off-roading is not covered. To receive service the vehicle must be on a publicly maintained road.

Roadside Assistance services are provided through the American Automobile Association, Inc., Heathrow, FL, and its affiliated motor clubs (collectively, "AAA"), which are independent contractors of Genesis Motor America ("Genesis"). Genesis makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the services provided by AAA and is not liable for the actions of their employees or subcontractors. Genesis reserves the right to limit services or reimbursement to any owner/driver when, in Genesis' judgment, the claims are excessive in nature, frequency or type of occurrence.
